Returns & Refund Policy

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Has missing parts or accessories
    • Is different from what was ordered
  2. All items must be returned in their original condition, without opening the seal of pack, Original Laboratory Certificates of Gemstones, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. The customer must return items within stipulated time as under. Items received after said period will not be accepted for return or any refund.
    • Within India – Within 10 days From Date of Receipt of order at Buyer address to receipt at seller address.
    • Out of India – Upto 25 days From Day of Receipt of order at Buyer address to receipt at seller address.
  3. reserves the right to make any exceptions under genuine circumstances beyond the control of the buyer such as strikes, closures of any relevant services under Govt orders, like courier / Post Office etc.
  4. Replacement Of Gemstones by other Gemstones is acceptable but will be subjected to similar laid down conditions. For applicable refund kindly refer to details in Refund policy given below.

Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping:


Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. We aim to ship orders placed before 2pm on same business day, provided card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 2pm will normally be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on a Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next business day. Seasonal fluctuations especially during festival season may also cause processing and shipping delays which you would appreciate is beyond our control while we will endeavor to fulfill all orders in time. Items requiring mounting will be subjected to additional time for making and processing. Generally we shall ship out in 7 to 10 business days.

2. PO Boxes &Military Addresses, Rural Areas

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses like C/O 56 or 99 APO and therefore kindly use the civil postal address of the cantonment or area. Pl allow additional time for rural domestic addresses.

3. Local Body Taxes/Levies

There may be additional taxes and levies over and above above GST for shipments in particular areas / states / UTs due to peculiarities of the systems by such bodies may not be available to us. These charges are beyond our control and will be borne by the consumer and can’t be reimbursed / refunded if a refund has been approved by us.

4. International Shipping

International shipping charges will be made available to buyers and included in the final value of invoice.  Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery times cannot be assured due to customs and procedural delays which are beyond our control. Kindly cater for additional time when placing the order.

5. Taxes / State Levies for international shipping

For some shipments delivered outside India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on the Invoice value / price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and will be borne by the customers.
International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed for same or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

6. Tracking

You may tack your orders on our website. An e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment. Please mail us at “” for any clarifications and queries.    

7. Cancellation of Order by User

a. Cancellation of order within 3 hours will be without penalty, except the Merchant Processing Charges if applicable (refer our policy and rules as above). You can cancel orders online or you may get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number, payment details etc on Orders cancelled after 3 hours from the time of placing the orders will not be cancelled. Similarly once an order has been “Processed”, it cannot be cancelled. has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The decision of will be final and binding.

8. Cancellation of Order by reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% refund shall be paid to the User and will be informed of the same accordingly.

9. Opening of Package and making a Video for hassle free return and overall Returns experience  

We expect the buyer to open the parcel/ package in front of a camera with video facility or a smartphone. Kindly make a video when opening the parcel to help us serve you better. This video will be essential requirements in case of returns and any dispute arising later.

Instructions and guidelines for making video while opening the package

a. Switch on the camera/mobile phone on video mode. Start the recording by showing both the faces of package where your address (Customer address) and vendor’s address ( is displayed. Pl examine the envelope or box for any tempering or breakage or marks of opening of box in transit.

b. Carefully Open the envelope or box containing the product using requisite tools without damaging anything inside the package. Remove the outer loose packaging used to provide cushioning to the product pack (Newspaper, paper, cotton etc).

d.Pl don’t open any packing immediately enclosing the product. The product will be enclosed in a transparent casing / plastic casing. Pl examine the product in the transparent packing only. Ensure all this is being recorded in the video.Thereafter you can examine the product and ascertain the physical features of the product as per the certificate enclosed.

e. If you wish to return the product then don’t go any further. Repack the product in reverse order of above instructions while continuing to record this on video. Return the package on the address mentioned for return/ replacement.

f. You will be required to submit the video as above, along with return intimation email, failing which return of product will be considered as invalid and will not be processed any further.

10. It could take upto 10 days to complete the process of  return / replacement. Returns will not be approved for the following:
a. Product received back is not in the same packing / condition as was dispatched by us.
b. The original Certificates as provided by us were not sent back along with the original package.
c. The video while opening package as per para 9 above is not received by us for examination.
d. The video has been doctored or tampered with. This will be considered as Forgery.
e. Items that have been used or opened.
f. Any item received by us in a damaged or unusable condition.
g. Items sourced or delivered outside India.
h. The Gemstone / Rudraksha has already been mounted in a setting. Examples of setting are a ring, a pendant, a jewellery article or any form of embellishment.

11. While we take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
a. The item may be damaged during transit.
b. There might be a manufacturing defect.
c. A wrong item is delivered to you.
d. You ordered a product incorrectly and want to replace with another Gemstone or Jewellery pc.
In only such cases as given above, we will Replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given above in return rules. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

12. To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

13. Refund Policy by
Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
a. If the item sent for replacement is not available, you may order another similar product. We will try to give you best possible alternatives, but the final choice rests with the customer.
b. If the order is confirmed by us and product (s) is not shipped in time, then we may provide refund to customer, after necessary communication with the customer including option for a replacement.
c. 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the product within a reasonable time.
Cases of customer demanding refunds (No Questions Policy):
You have the option of a No Questions Asked Money Back Policy. The Item has to be in the same condition and seal should not have been opened. All certificates and boxes have to be intact and undamaged. The courier package or envelope must not be opened at all. Refund Policy and Amount of Refund

2. The voucher can be redeemed against any future purchases only. No cash refund will be granted. Max Validity of Voucher – Six months.

* Various Charges include, but not restricted to following :-

Gemstone Testing Charges, Merchant Processing Fees, Packaging Charges, Courier and Logistics Charges, Refundable / Non-Refundable Taxes and Levies, Handling and Miscellaneous charges. @Complete making Charges for Gold rings or pendants or any mounted items in gold will be deducted in addition to above deductions.

International Shipping & Return Policy:

14. Terms and Conditions
Those items for shipment to countries outside of India may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.with respect to each item for which Import duty fees have been calculated, you authorize to designate a courier company or freight forwarder to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import duty fees for such item. The import duty may be collected by Courier Company on or before delivery.

15. Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

16. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

17. About Customs, Duties & Taxes:
When ordering from you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

18. International Returns:
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 07 days of receipt of your goods. does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by custom department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.
Note: The shipment of any returned product that might be shipped if there’s a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you’ll be the exporter from the original shipping destination responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country. Title and risk of loss, transfers to us only upon receipt of shipment at our warehouse and on confirmation of communication from our end.When you return goods, please mark your parcel as “returned goods” otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.

19. Shipping Returned Merchandise:
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.

20. Items Damaged in Shipping:  is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and call us immediately at +91 124 4235099 or mail us at . We will contact Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once courier company has approved and paid the claim, we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).

21. Refund for an item sent by international delivery?
Refunds for goods returned under our policy are made to the credit, debit, or charge card or wire transfer to account used originally charges or paid for order. Please allow 2 weeks from the time we receive the returned goods.

An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
